The best word to describe my experience with STOPzilla premium support is "incredible". They helped not only fix my initial issue, which was a printer problem that has been hounding me for weeks, but they were also able to identify and show me several issues that were slowing down my computer. The technician was patient and polite and within an hour he had my computer tuned up and running better than it was when I got it. I would normally take my computer to the geek squad but for the cost and convenience I would choose STOPzilla every time.

I'm not very computer savvy and was hesitant to call, however, I am so glad I made the call and was able to speak to your tech Jonathan. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and instantly made me feel at ease. He solved my issue with my internet connection and even removed viruses from my computer I didn't know was there. I signed up for another subscription immediately. It's so comforting knowing I can have someone to rely on to help with my computer issues.

I called Stopzilla Support because I was having an issue with a virus on my computer, and I'm glad I did. My call was quickly answered by a technician named Nick who carefully explained to me what he would be doing and gave me a time frame of how long it would take. Within the hour the infection was off my computer and they were also kind enough to install my security program which I found out I never installed fully. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed while I was talking to Nick. I would easily use the support time and time again.
